WHAT IS A VFA JOB FAIR?

The Kansas City Job Fair will bring together 20+ startups from KC and 30+ Fellows from around the country for a full day of interviews and networking.

You'll view candidate profiles ahead of time and we'll pre-arrange interviews based on those you're interested in talking to. We'll also have an open networking session and happy hour. 

VFA Job Fairs are exclusive events for both hiring partners and candidates. If you have ideas about other companies who should attend, please contact colleen@ventureforamerica.org before sharing the link widely.

In past years, companies were 2x more likely to hire a Fellow if they attended a Job Fair. Meeting face to face early in the process is the single best way to stand out in a competitive market. 

 
Save time and money

You'll have the chance to pack into hours what would take days of scheduling individual calls or site visits with Fellows. We've found this is the most efficient way to gauge culture fit before inviting someone for a final round interview.
